Yes, all ColourVUE contact lenses are TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) registered and approved for sale in Australia. They are made from soft hydrogel material that allows oxygen to pass through to the eye.
Do I need a prescription?
Our plano (non-prescription) lenses do not require a prescription. However, if you need corrective lenses, we recommend consulting with your optometrist.
How long can I wear these lenses?
Wear time varies by product. Daily lenses are for single-day use. Monthly and 3-monthly lenses can be reused for their stated period with proper care and cleaning. Never sleep in your contact lenses unless specifically designed for extended wear.
How do I care for my lenses?
Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses. Use multipurpose contact lens solution to clean and store your lenses. Never use tap water. Replace your lens case regularly.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to health and safety regulations, contact lenses cannot be returned once opened. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for assistance.
